From the simple
to the elaborate, hot or cold, finger, fork, presentation buffet
and even barbecues we have menu suggestions to suit all tastes.
The selection
of a menu is a matter which needs careful planning and detailed
discussion. It is essential the meal is well balanced and where
necessary caters for any vegetarian or special dietary needs.
Where
necessary we will construct a field kitchen to prepare and cook
your Fare in it's entirety, so it can be freshly served to you.

Beverages
Some
clients prefer to provide the beverages themselves, and we are
more than happy with this arrangement. We do not charge corkage,
but Instead there is a fixed cost for the hire of any glasses,
ice and cooling bins, linen bar cloths, and also for the removal
and recycling of empty bottles. In addition we would supply
a head wine waiter to serve all the drinks.
Alternatively
we can of course provide you with the complete package. Our
extensive wine lists are continually changing, we can source
most beverages on request. Attached is a sample wine list a
more extensive list is available or request the prices for which
include the attendance of a wine waiter, ice and cooling bins
for wines and champagne and all standard glasses.
